Muhammed Emin Özer was born in Istanbul in 1967. He graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering, in 1988. In 1992, he completed his MBA at Boğaziçi University. Since 2011, he has been pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Boğaziçi University.
He began his career in 1991 as an investment specialist at Bumerang Menkul Değerler. From 1996 to 1998, he served as the General Manager and Board Member of Bumerang Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., leading the company’s incorporation and IPO process. Between 1998 and 2003, he was appointed as General Manager of Bumerang Menkul Değerler. From 2003 to 2005, he worked as Deputy General Manager at Bizim Menkul Değerler A.Ş.. Between 2002 and 2005, he was a member of the İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası Uyuşmazlık Komitesi (Dispute Resolution Committee of the İstanbul Stock Exchange).
In 2005, he was nominated by Türkiye Sermaye Piyasaları Aracı Kuruluşları Birliği (The Association of Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Türkiye) to represent the capital markets, and was appointed as a Board Member of the Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) (Capital Markets Board of Türkiye). In 2011, he was reappointed to the Board by the same association and elected as Vice President of the SPK.
From April 2016 to January 2017, he worked at Bizim Menkul Değerler and Bizim Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., focusing on coordination and the development of new projects. Since February 2017, he has been serving as General Manager of Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş.

Mustafa Keçeli began his career at Bizim Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 2009, where he worked in both the research and corporate finance departments. During this period, he was involved in numerous initial public offerings and restructuring projects, collaborating with companies from a variety of industries.
Since January 2019, he has been serving as a Venture Capital Fund Manager at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi. His core responsibilities include creating new investment funds, fundraising, identifying the right investment opportunities across all funds, and providing hands-on operational support to the startups in which the funds invest.

Harun Karakoç entered the entrepreneurship ecosystem in 2015 with the responsibility of establishing an incubation center within Erciyes Teknopark. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as the Director of the Erciyes Teknopark Sera Incubation Center. In 2021, he joined Fark Labs, where he was responsible for setting up and managing a TEKMER (Technology Development Center), and during the same period, he also contributed to the implementation of entrepreneurship programs at Arya Kadın Yatırım Platformu.
Since May 2023, Harun Karakoç has been working at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi as an Assistant Manager, focusing on the establishment and management of TEKMER. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from Erciyes University.

Necmeddin Zahid began his career in 2021 as an Investment Analyst at H2O Investment, where he focused on scouting and pipeline management. He then joined Bilişim Vadisi, initially working at the Incubation Center and later in the Investment Office, maintaining close contact with startups throughout the process.
Since July 2022, Necmeddin has been working at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi as a Junior Specialist in Venture Capital Investment Funds. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating startup companies, as well as supporting post-investment business development activities.

As of September 2024, Şüheda has been part of the APY Venture Capital Investment Funds team, where she is responsible for investment processes. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Management Engineering, Şüheda gained experience in the venture capital field during her time at Boğaziçi Ventures prior to joining APY. She also worked in the CEO Office at Joygame Publishing. During her university years, she studied in France as an exchange student and held various roles at multinational companies such as Mondelez, Coca-Cola, and BOSCH.

Meryem Doğan graduated from Üsküdar University with a degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics. In 2022, she founded ResultLab.AI, a health-tech startup focused on artificial intelligence in healthcare, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience. She received entrepreneurship training from institutions such as Bilgiyi Ticarileştirme Merkezi, Teknopark İstanbul Cube Incubation, and Lonca Girişimcilik Merkezi. Leveraging the knowledge gained through these programs, she achieved notable milestones with her startup and developed strong ties within the entrepreneurship ecosystem. She was also selected as one of only 30 students nationwide for the prestigious Fellow Program of Türkiye Girişimcilik Vakfı, from which she successfully graduated.
As of September 2025, Meryem has joined the Venture Capital Investment Funds team at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi as a Junior Specialist.

Emre Babaç graduated from İstanbul Technical University with a degree in Economics. He began his career in 2021 at KT Portföy Yönetimi, working part-time in the Asset Research Unit, where he focused on research, financial analysis, and asset weight modeling. He later joined Ak Portföy Yönetimi, where he was involved in identifying, researching, and reporting on early- and late-stage investments within the venture capital fund team.
Since 2025, Emre has been working at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi as an Analyst within the Venture Capital Investment Funds team, focusing on startup analysis and investment processes.
Throughout his academic life, he participated in entrepreneurship and innovation programs as a scholar supported by institutions such as Akbank, Türkiye Girişimcilik Vakfı, and TOBB. He also placed in ideathons and hackathons organized by companies including Unilever, Akbank, Kuveyt Türk, and Philip Morris, further strengthening his experience in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Ege Yılmaz began his career in 2017 in the energy sector, working in project management across international assignments at Sunel Group and Schneider Electric. Between 2020 and 2021, he contributed to the establishment of the project management system at Faradai, and from 2022 to 2024, he served as Strategy Manager, focusing on product development, growth, and financial strategy.
He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from İstanbul Technical University and Financial Economics from İstanbul Bilgi University. In 2024, Ege joined Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi as a Specialist in the Venture Capital Investment Funds team. In this role, he is responsible for identifying and evaluating startups, as well as supporting portfolio management operations.

Arda Sezen began his career in 2017 as a Human Resources Assistant at Proline Bilişim Sistemleri. In 2019, he transitioned to the Marketing and Product Management Department. In 2021, he played an active role in the spin-off process of iSIMPlatform and went on to work across multiple departments in a multidisciplinary capacity.
Since 2020, he has supported the growth journeys of startups through his work at Proline Ventures. As of September 2024, Arda has been working at Albaraka Portföy Yönetimi within the Venture Capital Investment Funds team. He is responsible for business development processes at APY Ventures and for supporting the growth of the fund’s portfolio companies.

After graduating from Özyeğin University with a degree in International Finance in 2019, Anıl Adalan began his career at KPMG Türkiye where he worked in the Financial Services Audit department and participated in audits of major banks and financial institutions. Before completing his master’s degree in Finance at Koç University in September 2022, he joined Deloitte Türkiye as a Specialist in the Financial Advisory department, focusing on valuation and modeling. During this time, he contributed to valuation services for several prominent organizations.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Yeditepe University in 2016, Merve began providing legal consultancy services to local and international companies at some of Türkiye’s leading law firms.
In 2021, she completed her master’s degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University while continuing her work at Aksan Hukuk Bürosu in the capital markets and venture capital investment department.
In October 2024, Merve joined APY TEKMER as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for managing the legal processes of both APY TEKMER and APY Ventures. Her scope includes the establishment and allocation procedures of venture capital investment funds, as well as all legal aspects of venture investment processes.

Ahmet began his career in 2016 as a Coordinator for the Country Specialization School Project supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In 2017, he served as the Digital Marketing Manager at the Conference Tracking Platform, which he founded. Between 2018 and 2020, he worked as the Co-founder and Marketing Manager at Sugar Technology, where he developed augmented reality-based mobile applications.
In 2020, he worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Webtures A.Ş. and later as the Head of International Marketing at Cosmova International Trade & Consultancy. In 2021, he founded Ziv4 Technology and served as the CEO and Business Development Manager, focusing on algorithmic trading solutions. From 2022 to 2023, he held the role of Ecosystem Scouting Manager at Denizbank NeoHub.
Ahmet holds a master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Istanbul University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Istanbul 29 Mayıs University. Adem began his career in accounting and finance in 2000 and has held key positions across various industries for over two decades. Throughout this time, he gained extensive experience in areas such as accounting, financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Serving as a Finance Manager and Accounting Manager at different companies, he developed expertise in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic planning. In 2024, he joined the APY Tekmer team as a Financial Advisor.

Meryem Miray Saluk graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Marmara University in 2022. Throughout her academic journey, she actively took part in various projects related to marketing, brand management, and digital communication. She began her professional career focusing on social media and digital content production, working at different agencies as a social media manager, copywriter, and team lead. During this period, she developed creative campaigns, digital strategies, and media communication projects for brands across diverse industries.
In October 2025, she joined APY Ventures as a Marketing and Communications Specialist. In this role, she leads strategic communication initiatives to enhance the media visibility of brands operating in the field of financial technologies.
Her responsibilities include managing relationships with print and digital media, planning content and campaigns, coordinating media partnerships, overseeing PR processes, and implementing corporate communication strategies. She also ensures that each brand’s story is communicated to its target audience through the right channels and in the right tone.
