Our recent investment in Treasy is the product of such a transformation. It’s a startup born from the combination of corporate experience and entrepreneurial spirit. The team behind Treasy has managed to balance a strong technical foundation with visionary thinking in today’s rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Cemal and Melih are two technical co-founders with 18 years of experience in banking. Over the years, they have played key roles in the technological transformation of major banks, contributing to critical infrastructure shifts.

What makes their story truly impressive is how they have reinterpreted this experience through a spin-off. They decided to embark on a new path with the knowledge they gained from Netix Information Technologies, which they founded. They modernized the treasury management platform they had developed—adopting microservices and cloud architecture—and launched it under a new, independent structure: Treasy. This represents not only a technical transformation, but also a shift in mindset.

Treasy’s platform is composed of four main modules and offers an end-to-end treasury management solution. However, what influenced our investment decision was not just the technological depth of the product, but also the story behind it.
