MaviKanatlar raises 2.4 million TRY investment for UAV technologies

MaviKanatlar, a Turkish startup developing technology solutions for safe, compliant, and efficient unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) operations, has raised 2.4 million TRY in investment.

The funding round was backed by the OSTİM Venture Capital Investment Fund (OSTİM GSYF), established under Albaraka Portföy. Founded in July 2020, MaviKanatlar focuses on building technology-driven solutions for managing UAV operations.

One of the company’s core products is SeyirDefteri, a SaaS platform designed to manage flight, mission, and operational processes. While primarily built for drones, the platform also supports various aircraft such as balloons, gliders, ultralight aircraft, motorized parachutes, and paragliders, serving aviation businesses more broadly.

In addition to SeyirDefteri, MaviKanatlar offers other solutions including MaviKanatlar Sigorta and DronHangar, further strengthening its ecosystem in drone and aviation technologies.

Muhammed Emin Özer, General Manager of Albaraka Portföy, stated that they are pleased to make the fifth investment of the OSTİM GSYF and aim to continue increasing their investments by leveraging the region’s strong entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abdullah Çörtü, General Manager of OSTİM Endüstriyel Yatırımlar ve İşletme A.Ş., also emphasized their commitment to supporting MaviKanatlar’s growth journey as the fund’s fifth investment.
