GoWit Secures Investment Led by Nuwa Capital

GoWit, a leading AdTech company, has successfully completed a new strategic investment round led by Nuwa Capital, with participation from Formus Capital, APY Ventures, and DCP.

The funding marks an important milestone in GoWit’s vision to expand its AI-powered retail media platform, which brings together retailers, brands, and agencies under a single ecosystem. The company aims to further strengthen its omnichannel commerce and retail media leadership in the EMEA region while advancing its AI capabilities.

A New Era in AI-Powered Retail Media

This investment will support GoWit’s growth across EMEA and accelerate the development of next-generation AI solutions focused on improving ad performance, data analytics, and retail media revenues.

GoWit’s technology is actively used by leading retailers and marketplaces such as Teknosa, Koçtaş, Beymen, CarrefourSA, Union Coop (UAE), Raneen (Egypt), Toters Delivery (Lebanon), Mumzworld (UAE), and Heureka Group (Czech Republic). The company has also built a strong ecosystem through strategic partnerships with players like Goldbach (Switzerland), Spike E-Media (MENA), and Akinon (EMEA).

Scaling Retail Media with AI

GoWit’s platform delivers end-to-end omnichannel advertising solutions, covering everything from on-site placements (web and mobile apps) to off-site campaigns and in-store digital screens. Retailers can activate the system within minutes, creating new revenue streams while reducing operational complexity.

For brands, the platform enables centralized campaign management across all retail channels, real-time performance tracking, AI-driven targeting optimization, and more efficient budget utilization—ultimately delivering higher and measurable ROI.

Leadership Perspective

Co-founder and CEO Emrah Adsan emphasized:

“We have built an AI-powered commerce and retail media network that enables retailers, brands, and agencies to achieve profitable growth by increasing advertising revenues. This investment will accelerate our expansion across EMEA and strengthen our upcoming AI-focused advertising platform.”

Sarah Abu Risheh, Partner at Nuwa Capital, added:

“Retail media is growing rapidly worldwide, especially in the MENA region. GoWit stands out with its product quality, performance, and execution capabilities, delivering measurable ROI and setting a high benchmark in the industry.”
