Juphy Secures ₺750K Investment from APY Ventures
Juphy, a platform that brings brands’ communication channels together in a single interface, has raised a ₺750,000 investment from APY Ventures, established by Albaraka Portfolio Management, a subsidiary of Albaraka Türk Bank.
Founded in 2019 by Osman Erdi Balcıoğlu and Eyüp İbişoğlu, Juphy enables businesses to manage all customer interactions—such as emails, social media messages, app store reviews, and complaints—from a single dashboard.
Juphy is also a graduate of both the Albaraka Garaj accelerator (3rd cohort) and the Workup Entrepreneurship Program (4th cohort). This investment marks Juphy’s first funding round and APY Ventures’ 9th investment.
Operating in both Türkiye and the U.S., Juphy plans to use the investment to expand its team, increase the number of integrations, and focus more on marketing efforts.
As of 2020, Juphy had reached over 300 customers across 20 countries, with its primary users including brands, digital agencies, and call centers.
