SuperGears has successfully completed a $2.1 million seed investment round to accelerate its global growth in line with its goal of expanding the Racing Kingdom universe.
The mobile game studio SuperGears announced that it has successfully completed a $2.1 million seed investment round to accelerate its growth. In addition to many domestic and international institutional investors, existing investors also participated in the round.
The investment round was led by Hedef Portföy, one of Turkey’s leading portfolio management companies, while APY Ventures, one of the most active early-stage investment firms in Turkey, and South Korea-based global gaming giant KRAFTON were among the new investors. Existing investors, including The TMRW Foundation, ACK Ventures, Yıldız Tekno GSYO, İbrahim Akman, and Emre Yıldız, also joined the round with follow-on investments.
Hedef Portföy made this investment through the special fund “Supergears GSYF,” which was established in collaboration with Basehub to support SuperGears’ long-term growth. The fact that this special fund is named after SuperGears reflects the confidence in the company’s long-term vision and growth potential.
This round marks the company’s second investment round following its $1.5 million pre-seed investment completed in 2023.
Founded in 2022 to develop racing games, SuperGears Games continues to work toward building a mobile racing universe under the Racing Kingdom brand. This universe aims to offer a high-end mobile racing experience that brings together all major racing types, supported by next-generation graphics and realistic sound technology.
The first game of the universe, Racing Kingdom: King of Drag, was globally launched on June 20, 2025, on iOS and Android platforms. Featuring officially licensed vehicles from brands such as Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Lotus, Volkswagen, Renault, and Jaguar, the game reached 1.6 million players worldwide in a short time with its immersive storytelling experience and competitive multiplayer modes. It was also featured across all countries by Apple App Store and Samsung Galaxy Store. Additionally, the game was awarded “Best Mobile Game of the Year” and “Racing Game of the Year” at Kristal Piksel 2025, one of Turkey’s most prestigious gaming awards.
