Onedocs, a legal tech startup, receives investment from APY Ventures and ARZ Portföy

Onedocs, a Turkey-based company, stated that it will use the new investment to develop its AI-powered legal solutions and expand its platform.

We had previously shared in February 2024 that Onedocs, which provides document management solutions for institutions, had received investment from ARZ Portföy. Onedocs has now announced that it has received further investment in its ongoing round from its existing investors APY Ventures and ARZ Portföy.

The financial details of the investment round were not disclosed. The Turkey-based company stated that it will use the new investment to develop its AI-powered legal solutions and expand its platform.

Founded in 2022 by Emrullah Saruhan, the company stands out as a LegalTech startup focused on the legal sector. The company aims to digitalize and automate legal processes using artificial intelligence technologies. Onedocs initially operated in the field of contract management. However, at the beginning of 2025, it shifted its strategy toward a broader range of AI-focused legal technologies.

The solutions offered by Onedocs are not limited to a single workflow. The platform provides end-to-end services ranging from contract preparation and management to litigation processes, document management, and task tracking. In this way, law firms and companies reduce manual operations and accelerate their processes. The platform minimizes errors and enables more efficient operations.

Emrullah Saruhan emphasized that Onedocs works with leading law firms in Turkey, offers a comprehensive digital infrastructure for companies, and acts not only as a process digitalization tool but also as a reliable business partner for each institution. He also stated that their platform produces end-to-end AI assistants covering everything from contracts to litigation, and from document management to task tracking.
